Is it possible to copy the navigation data DVD from the RNS-e (MY2010, V0200) to one of the SD cards, in order to navigate using the SD card?
One could free up the CD/DVD drive for music.
Thank you for the information. |

Hello,
Unfortunately, that option is not available.
Please don't ask me why the developers didn't include that feature.
Unfortunately, that's the case.
The RNS-E navigation system only reads navigation data from a DVD.
The SD cards are only usable for music.
If you want to listen to DVDs or CDs, you need to use an external device or a disc changer.
Best regards,
Stefan
P.S. I have my entire music collection stored on 10 SD cards. It's nice because you can easily label them, and scratches won't damage the data. They also take up very little space.

It is probably intended for copyright protection reasons. Because an SD card is much easier to crack than a CD. |

Just a note: The 2010 version of the RNS-E now also supports SDHC cards up to 32 GB. T5 California (CFCA) 4Motion
