Motor Temperature for TDI Tuning

Hello TDI fans,
I have a Ford Galaxy 66/90 KW/HP. After I have now towed my caravan (1500 KG) over the Alps for the first time, I would like a few more horsepower. I have already read quite a bit about tuning (10c, chip, etc.) and hope that this will help me.
However, I have concerns regarding the engine cooling. During my crossing of the Alps with the factory settings, the temperature gauge was already close to the red zone. My question is whether the aforementioned tuning measures will further increase the engine temperature, or whether, despite the increased engine performance, the temperature will remain within an acceptable range, since the engine is not operating at its limit.

... is already quite low, you often have to drive at full speed for hours. Based on my own experience, the engine doesn't last very long.
Why don't you check out the accessories store to see if there's an additional air-oil cooler that fits your engine? With a high probability, your engine already has an oil-water heat exchanger, but that's not enough.
With tuning and its exploitation, your engine temperature naturally increases, i.e., if tuning, then moderately ~110PS and definitely additional cooling measures.
You might also be able to improve the airflow through the air-intake cooler if your front bumper still has potential for it. In my A3, I now have a second horizontal row of air intake slots.

Thank you for the tip. Do the air intake vents for the cargo air conditioning provide more power or/and better cooling?
