After my friend, who drives a BMW E46 330d, has become convinced of the success of the 10c tuning, he naturally wants to try it too . I looked, but unfortunately, I couldn't find anything similar in the engine compartment. Does anyone know how it works with BMWs, and whether this kind of tuning is also possible there, and if so, how easy it is?
As far as I can dimly recall, the 330d is a common-rail (CR) engine, not a variable-valve (VP) engine. With a common-rail engine, you can't do a 10-octane tune.
