I also got to see my A3 from underneath today.
Observed slight oil contamination at the transition point between the pipe and the hose.
Is this oil mist, or is it a leak from the connection?
Is there any action required?

Hello,
Check where it's coming from; it might be leaking from above. Otherwise, tighten the hose clamp.
Best regards, Rainer.

The oil is definitely coming from the connection. I've tightened the clamp for now and will continue to monitor it.
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:
"LG" is an abbreviation for "Liebe Grüße," which means "Best regards" or "Best wishes" in English.
