Golf 6 1.4 TSI CAXA - Power issues, cold start problems

Hi everyone,My sister's Golf is a real "Monday car," meaning it's been causing problems frequently. It now has about 18,000 miles on the odometer, and several repairs have already been done, including: Transmission (noise, oil full of debris) and turbocharger (wastegate issue).Okay, so I put the winter tires on yesterday, and during the test drive, I noticed that the car pulls extremely poorly when it's cold. The second gear feels like the turbo is completely missing. Starting at around 2200-2500 rpm, it starts up as usual.It's not the stuck wastegate with the "wave motion," but it feels like some software is preventing the full power from being released?!Okay, I got a notebook and took it for a test drive (attached are the results), and so far, everything seems normal to me.The interesting thing is: once the engine is warm, it drives exactly as you would expect.
