Hi,
Yesterday, I replaced the clutch and the crankshaft seal on the rear of the transmission on a 2.8 Quattro (AAH 12V).
Okay, I'm having a problem now: the engine won't start. All the connectors are plugged in, there's spark, and there's fuel getting to it. Error memory is empty, starting speed is approximately 200 RPM.
Attached to the toothed wheel of the flywheel is a sensor with elongated holes. I've already adjusted these holes to different positions, but as far as I can tell, the sensor is only used for measuring the speed (RPM).
According to VCDS, the ignition timing is approximately 10 degrees before top dead center (TDC).
Do you have any other suggestions for something I could watch?
