Polo6R - GRA Activation - Schaltplan/Pin Diagram needed

I am looking for the correct pin configuration for the KUFATEC GRA retrofit.
The GRA has already been unlocked on my Polo, but the following error appears in the on-board diagnostic system:

Seems like there's a wiring issue. I have checked the wiring twice - now I need a wiring diagram or pinout, as I suspect that the wiring labels are incorrect...

I am requesting assistance and hope that someone here has something useful to offer.
I have the latest version of VCDS, should there be another diagnostic possibility to narrow down the error?
