P0046 - Turbocharger Boost Control Circuit Malfunction, Magnetic Valve Area (Solution)

Error code P0046 - Turbocharger Overboost Control Circuit Malfunction indicates a problem with the boost control solenoid valve.
Either the solenoid valve/actuator is electrically or mechanically faulty, or there is a defect in the electrical wiring or connectors.

Caution: The turbocharger pressure may become too high (risk of damage to the turbocharger or engine) or too low, as proper regulation is not guaranteed.
