Hello everyone, or good evening!
I've given a vintage 1.9L AHU (VP 37 with Wastegate turbocharger) a bit of a boost.
Please find the results of the K Power measurement below.
Can these be realistic values? The route was also level, and I have also added the information about the weight, etc.
I had expected, based on the setup, a maximum of around 120 PS... but this much??
Made:
Nozzles replaced with 0.216 mm nozzles,
Increased boost pressure by almost 10% by adjusting the wastegate valve -(which regulates at 1980 kpa - should still provide some headroom), 10 cent tuning with 870 Ohm and adjustment of the quantity control valve, so that it runs smoothly at idle. (1.8 mg at 1.28V control lever - although there are much more than 1.8 mg/stroke)
Otherwise, LLK etc. Bitte gib den deutschen Text an, den du übersetzt haben möchtest.
"Of course, there is also some soot, but it is within acceptable limits. Please do not start a discussion about whether this is reasonable or not." I am fully aware that the pistons will not withstand the load for too long under full load.
Fire at will
