Magnetic Valve - Charging Pressure Regulation

Hello,

On the solenoid for the charging pressure limit, there are 2 hose connections and an electrical connection mounted on top. However, one of the two hose connections (located in the middle of the solenoid) does not have a hose attached?!?!? Can someone tell me if a hose needs to be mounted there and, if so, where it should be directed?
