Good evening everyone, I'm having a problem with my Touran 2.0 TDI 125kw BMN. It seems to have insufficient power in the lower to mid RPM range.

The following items were checked:
- VTG adjustment, awkward rod, free movement and control via the basic setting, vacuum pressure at the adjustment unit is greater than 600 mbar.
Loader, mechanically controlled. The impeller never touches anything.

-Target boost pressure is only achieved under full load.
- Air mass sensor swapped with a different vehicle.
- PD element settings checked; they were replaced 50,000 km ago.
No deviations were detected in the idle speed control.
- Valve timing was checked.
- Air filter checked for contamination.
- AGR temporarily disabled.
- All vacuum jars have been checked for airtightness.
- The particulate filter has been cleaned and recalibrated.
- Contrast boost for turbocharger pressure sensors.
- Collector on crack.
- The intercooler was checked for leaks and pressure-tested.

Does anyone have any other ideas? What could be the reason for it?

In the transmission control unit (TCU), the error "DSG clutch pressure adaptation adaptation limit reached" may indicate that the TCU is reducing torque output due to this error.

And yes, of course, the GeStG (presumably a piece of legislation) can and will limit the motor's torque (significantly) and can even trigger an emergency mode in the MStG (another piece of legislation).
Unfortunately, I can't really do anything with the information you provided; what exactly does "Kollektor auf Risse kontr." mean? What kind of collector motor are we talking about? icon_wink.gif

As I said: Please perform a proper auto-scan without deleting anything or messing things up.

The next step will be to create a log for the DSG, but first one thing, then the other.
