Hi!
Who has the wiring diagrams for the A6 2.5 TDI C4 AAT engine control unit?
I suspect that the injection start control, on the side of the ECU, is no longer functioning.
When the ESP was reinstalled, unfortunately, the cable that comes from the injection start valve was worn out at the back of the ECU - so that both cables were connected.
Since then, the pre-ignition indicator sometimes flashes and at 140, 160, 180 km/h, there is a kind of braking where the car does not go any faster than 180 km/h.
Two errors were detected during the reading:
1. Brake pedal monitoring, implausible signal
2. Injection start control, control difference, intermittent error
to 1: According to VAG, the two brake light switches are monitored by the control unit, so that the amount of ESP is reduced and this type of "braking" can occur, which I also do not doubt.
I have checked both brake light switches; one had contact problems, while the other was functioning correctly.
Despite all this, the error is still being recorded, even after deleting it.
to 2: As I have already mentioned, the cables were connected.
Now the question at the side: Could this connection have caused STG to be released for disposal? :D
Best regards: Marko Lieber TDI statt lahme Ente!
