Touran: Read DPF Ash Mass with VCDS (BLS)

Hello forum members,

Today I cleared the DPF on my Touran at 291,636 km using VCDS. The loading coefficient was 27.6%, which went down to 0%. However, can anyone tell me how to read the ash mass using VCDS? Shouldn't the DPF be full at this mileage?
