Read ash mass

Hello everyone,

I would like to read the DPF ash mass from my Golf Sportsvan.
However, the button for displaying the values in the engine control unit is gray.

Can anyone help me with this?

this is a 2016 model year. There are no more measurement blocks, only extended measurements. You need to look there.
A HEX+CAN interface may not function fully with this model year, therefore the errors, and therefore the question about the car scan.
