Read ash data

Hello everyone,

I would like to read the ash mass of the DPF in my Golf Sportsvan.
However, the button for the diagnostic data display is gray in the engine control unit.

Can anyone help me with that?

This is a 2016 model year. There are no more measurement blocks available; only extended measurement data. You have to look there.
It's possible that the HEX+CAN interface is no longer fully functional for that model year, which is why you're seeing errors, and that's why I'm asking about the car scan.
