3.0 BiTDI Injector Values: Tuning & Optimization

Hello!
I could use your help. My name is Chris, I'm 26 years old, and I come from Lower Austria.

I drive an Audi A6 4G sedan with a 3.0 biTDI engine (313 hp / CGQB).

Currently, I feel like my car is running a bit rough at idle because it's vibrating more than it was a few months ago.

I'm guessing it's the injectors, as I've had a faulty injector before (cylinder 5 was replaced about 5,000 km ago).

Attached are the VCDS diagnostic data for all 6 cylinders (rail pressure calibration points 1, 2, and 3).

However, I can't make sense of the values...
I still have a new injector available, and if there are any other worn-out parts, I will replace those as well. However, I am looking for someone who can analyze the values/readings.
