Hello,
My name is René, I am 21 years old, I come from Salzburg (Austria), and I am new to this forum!
I hope I am in the right place for my problem

.
Now, regarding my problem... I have a Ford Galaxy that's difficult to start after being parked for several hours.
Data: 2.0L Common Rail Diesel, PSA engine, model code: QXWA.
EX company vehicle, regular and scheduled maintenance was always performed.
Regarding the starting behavior: It cranks nicely and starts, but it knocks heavily and produces a lot of blue smoke with a smell of unburnt diesel.
After a short drive, sometimes reaching the third or fourth gear, the problem disappears as if by magic. Sometimes it takes longer, especially in colder temperatures. Above 5 degrees Celsius, you usually don't notice anything unusual when starting the engine.
Today, it was colder, and the problem is more pronounced. Especially in the first meter, it reacts very abruptly, stutters, and makes a clunking noise. It also takes the gas very suddenly and jerks.
The car had a blown head gasket and a faulty AGR cooler at 204,000 km.
The following parts have been replaced: cylinder head gasket, EGR valve, injectors, timing belt, camshaft sensor, and glow plugs!
The vehicle does not require water or oil. Current mileage: 207,000 km.
Okay, I read some current data today, and everything seems to be okay so far, no errors were saved. I disconnected the EGR valve, and the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) isn't on, and it's not going into limp mode. I drove over 15km, so does it mean the car isn't even recognizing the EGR valve? It will then show the P0406 code, but no check engine light?
He runs perfectly once he's warmed up, and I'm out of ideas despite the fact that I work as an automotive technician, but maybe someone here will have a suggestion

.
I'm open to any further suggestions.
Best regards, René.
