Lubricate hinges and sliding rails

What type of grease do you use to lubricate door hinges and the mechanisms of panoramic sunroofs? VW reportedly uses a special grease for panoramic sunroofs to prevent sticking and hardening.

For all hinges, I use a Teflon spray from Makra.
With the panoramic sunroof, I can only guess that you need to use a specific type of grease. The rails should be cleaned thoroughly and then re-lubricated.
I had several customers who, due to lack of or improper maintenance, complained that the sunroof was no longer opening and closing correctly.

Can I buy the oil from VW? How and with what is the cleaning performed?

There are original part numbers for the cleaner and lubricant, but unfortunately, it's been too long for me to provide you with more specific information.

Grease for seal G 052 141 A2.
Lubricant paste (cartridge) for rails G 060 751 A2.

I have now also found this information online. However, for my Sharan, I need the grease fitting VAS6621, but it is not readily available. And without this scraper, cleaning wouldn't make any sense.

And why don't you order it through Erwin?
