VW Crafter Tow Hitch Coding

Hello everyone,

A friend of mine bought a VW Crafter and fitted it with a trailer hitch.
Has anyone had experience with which STG (central control unit) in the Crafter requires code changes?
I can't find a "Can Gateway," and it also seems like there isn't a "Installed" tab here.
When I tried opening the s, I found that none of them were

As far as my information goes, the Crafter can only be ordered online through VAG (at a cost).
