Due to a software error in the ignition starter switch, some vehicles may experience increased noise in the vehicle's electrical system.
This leads to a discharged battery after some time of inactivity.
If the Crafter's resting current is unusually high, and no other cause can be identified, it should be checked whether the starting/ignition switch is the cause.
Solution: Replace the ignition switch and reprogram all keys (Service action!). Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Rainer Kaufmann - dieselschrauber VCDS Shop
