Hi everyone,
I've been experimenting with KPower a lot lately and have recorded some performance graphs.
I was surprised to see that some measurements looked reasonable, while others had a lot of jagged spikes in the chart, as you can see in the extreme example in "Hinweg_3Gang.PNG".
I took a closer look at the log file recorded with VCDS and saw that there are only a few milliseconds between the measurements, which is because I only recorded the two necessary data points (speed and RPM). I thought that more measurements would normally lead to a more accurate result.
Then, after the import, I deleted some of the acceleration measurements so that there was approximately a 0.5-second interval between the remaining data points. And behold, you obtain a beautiful curve plot named "Hinweg_3Gang_bereinigt.PNG".
I had assumed that KPower automatically performs smoothing, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Have you had similar experiences?
There might even be a setting in VCDS that allows you to specify the time interval between measurements, which I need to check later. If that's the case, it would solve the problem. You just have to know
