Service interval reset VW T6

Hello,
I would like to save and view the current values.
Unfortunately, the service reset is not working. "When I press this menu, after a while, I get the message: 'No information is available for this control unit regarding the automatic reset of the service intervals.'"
I have the latest version of VCDS, and an auto-scan is attached.
- How do I get the current values?

I can not only assure you that the service recall works on the T6, I can even prove it.
I actually have one myself. Please don't claim things that are not true.

The service reminder reset on the T6 does not work through the reset assistant, but exactly as described in the instructions within VCDS.
It's not actually an "error message," but rather a guide on what to do.

I probably need to be more clear here:
"The service reset function via the 'Service Reset' menu is not working. When I press this menu, nothing happens for about 5 seconds, and then the following message appears: 'No information is available for this control unit regarding automatic maintenance interval reset.' This is a fact, and it is not an assertion that is incorrect." You yourself are saying that it doesn't work with the backup assistant.
Based on the links you provided, which I have all read, that's at least my understanding of the situation.
What I don't understand is that this message is supposed to be a set of instructions.
- Where is this instruction manual?
- Where is the instruction manual described in VCDS, or in which menu can I find it?
I can view the individual channels in the "Control Unit" menu, under "17- Gear Selector Panel" -> "Adaptation 10", and if necessary, I can correct them later.
Do I really have to go into each individual channel to see the value? Can I display multiple or all channels at the same time?
