{INJECTION TIME DEVIATION} 1.6 TDI Golf 7

Hello,

My car is jerking when stationary and consuming more fuel than usual. I suspect a faulty injector. There are no fault codes in the memory, but I have read out the following measurements. Does this mean that the injector for cylinder 4 is faulty?

Injection timing deviation cylinder 1 -8 µs
Injection timing deviation cylinder 2 -6 to -13 µs fluctuating
Injection timing deviation cylinder 3 3 µs
Injection timing deviation cylinder 4 19 µs

It needs to include the measurement value for injection quantity deviation or something similar, which are displayed in mg/stroke, please post those.

I found this, but I can't find any information about fuel injection volume differences per cylinder… It seems like it's not available. I have also put everything together in a video: [Videos can be uploaded here!]

Refers to the 1.6 TDI gear shift timing adjustment.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any extended measurement values in the vcds data. Do you have another idea?

I'm unfortunately unable to open the image.
You need to relate the injection duration, the average injection amount, and the injection timing deviations from your first post to each other, then you will have the injection amount deviation per cylinder.
The 1.6 TDI STG only provides information about injection timing deviations, not quantity correction values (I mistakenly wrote "shift time correction" above).
The injection duration is around 100 µs at idle for my 2.0 TDI. That would be acceptable for these deviations in my engine.

The workshop would initially only be limited and not applicable for certain tasks, for example, for checking the compression.

I am not a kfzler, so I will initially focus on VCDS diagnostics. Tax periods would be excluded as they are only temporary and then also okay again.
