I've looked at the scan again, and I have a question about it. For each control unit, it is listed as follows: Address 02: Transmission (J743).
Now, for address 22: All-wheel drive (——-), there is not this "J***" entry like there is with all the other control units.
Vcds was the latest version, but it was not a beta release.
Could this be a sign of a problem with the control unit?

Probably meaningless; the Jxxx texts do not originate from the control unit but from the corresponding description files.

Here's the translation:

"Something just occurred to me: If the control unit is NOT installed on/in the Haldex system, is it then the correct one?"
It wouldn't be the first time that, after water damage or a cable problem, the wrong replacement control unit was installed.
Sure, here's the translation:

"If possible/necessary, is the encoding correct as well?"

A faulty control unit or incorrect coding would also explain the strange sensor readings.
