VW TDI V10 won't start

Hello everyone, my "Lady" (my car) had a leak after more than 306,000 km. So, I took it apart and removed the powertrain, along with the auxiliary pump, camshaft sensor, water pump, etc. I also replaced the O-rings on the PD units.
After re-installation, the fuel system (035) was bled, and it started. After a 5-10 minute warm-up period, I discovered a leak in the right fuel distributor (O-ring).
Subsequently, I replaced all the O-rings there, re-bled the system, and then, yes, it hasn't started since.

Some errors are secondary issues because the engine won't start, or because the car hasn't been moved (steering angle sensor), the air conditioning hasn't been filled yet, the rear door button has already been replaced...
I also can't understand the headlight module. The batteries have been disconnected and reconnected according to regulations.

The probability is high that the failure is due to these error entries. If the engine control unit detects a short circuit in the injectors, I can easily imagine that, in order to protect the power amplifier stages in the ECU, no engine start will be allowed.

Therefore, check the wiring to the injectors and also inspect the wiring harness for any chafing or damage. In some models, the wiring harness from the engine to the ECU (or ECUs) could rub against a metal edge and create a short circuit against the vehicle's chassis. Therefore, it may be more complex to expose the wiring harness in order to identify such issues.

You can delete the error messages; they will reappear if the underlying cause still exists.

Just to be safe, you could also measure the injectors. However, a short circuit or open circuit seems much less likely here than in the wiring harness and connectors.

PS: You have corresponding errors in both ECUs (addresses 01 and 11). Possibly, the cause lies where both cable harnesses go towards the injectors.

One more question regarding the starter motor's starting speed of 147 U/min. Is this too low and does it cause the starting process to fail? I haven't been able to find any information about the minimum RPM.

"it depends"
In some engine control units, the engine will never start when the coolant is warm.

Try starting with the coolant temperature sensor disconnected.
"This would, of course, present a new problem: the starting RPM needs to be significantly higher."

Update:
I opened the valve cover and could see that the connectors for cylinders 1 and 2 were only loosely attached to the PD, and after further inspection, I found that the connector for cylinder 3 could be easily removed.
So, I have replaced the PD cable harness and immediately checked for error codes in the VCDS. None were found. Reassembly and starting the engine with the new battery. Then the following picture emerged:

Backwards out of the hall, forward gear, the engine diesels and won't start.

This morning, the vehicle was disconnected from the power source for approximately 1 hour. Afterwards, the errors in the engine control units could be cleared. Starting attempt: simply turning the key to the right position did not work. When pressing the Start/Stop, the starter motor engages, but the engine does not start.

Hi... Wow, that's a real mess... There was a problem with bent pins in the engine control units... A V10 can also run with 8 PDEs if it gets enough fuel... If you have any air getting in there, it could take some time... There's a PDE status somewhere in the data blocks... I'm sorry, I don't remember where... I've never seen a completely defective PDE... Have you removed the PDE? If so, did you definitely set them up correctly again? I would try to bleed the two fuel pumps (high pressure, i.e. those mounted on the camshafts) in addition to bleeding them... Also at the output of each pump... Are the batteries good? Are the intake valves open? Are the fuel pump fuses in the tank OK? If everything is OK... accelerate fully, then 15 seconds, then cool for 5 minutes, etc.... Are all the connectors to the LMM / LD / etc. securely plugged in? Are both engine control units accessible via VCDS? Sorry for the unclear writing. Best regards, Manfred

If the 2 engine control units are not accessible with VCDS, then there is a problem there!! Have you worked on the wiring harnesses? Do they fit tightly on the right side...? And again: Do you have good batteries (2)? The starting procedure for the V10 is quite complicated, I find starting a helicopter much easier.... just out of curiosity... Have you ever tried to start it in an emergency...? This procedure is in the manual.... Press the button and then move the key to the left - osä... and please don't be angry with me NOW: BUT, if you have already incorrectly connected 3 PDEs, I would suggest taking a break and going for a coffee
