Audi A4 B6 VP44 replaced, now showing code P1841

Good day, I'm having the following problem.
The fuel injection pump in my Audi A4 B6 (manufactured in 2004, 2.5 TDI engine code "BAU") was defective. I had a working fuel injection pump from a 2003 A4 with the engine code "AKE" that I wasn't using.

After installing the pump and programming the immobilizer, the following error message appears from the automatic transmission control unit (see car scan). The transmission is only shifting into 4th gear and reverse. Furthermore, there is an error message from the pump.

Could it be possible that the AKE pump is not compatible with the BAU system?

The AKE was a manual transmission car, while the BAU was an automatic.

Regarding the MSG error, there are some strange statements online about a "problem" that is triggered during the diagnosis.
The error in the GSG (presumably a technical term) should be described in more detail in the RLF (another technical term) document for the 01V, including the causes. I suspect there might be an incomplete adaptation of the ECUs (Engine Control Units).
