SQ5: Disable 8R AGR & Oil Pressure Upgrade?

After several years, I'm back in the forum.

I've been driving an Audi SQ5 8R with 326 horsepower for a few months. CVUB.
I'm increasingly reading about factory-set oil pressure that is too low in the lower RPM range, as well as an EGR system that works too aggressively, which can lead to more problems with the engine after higher mileage.
Is this just marketing hype from some chip tuners, or are these facts really worth considering?
I always keep my vehicles for at least 10 years, even with higher mileage, and I'd like to do something good for them if it makes sense.

Therefore, I would appreciate hearing your opinions on this topic!

I once saw a video about the oil pressure issue in the Audi 3.0 TDI engine.

I believe it's probably electronically limited for emissions reasons, but that can be reprogrammed.

You're unlikely to find true professionals here who are experienced in engine building or repair.

Too much oil pressure isn't necessarily good, but too little is bad.

The V6 diesel engines from Mercedes have similar problems, but these are caused by an undersized oil pump.

The principle of regulated oil pressure with a reduction down to 2500 min-1 is described for the EA288 engine (i.e., R4 TDI and R3 TDI engines) in documents SSP514 and SSP534, and for the EA288 EVO engine in document SSP595.
For the V6 TDI engine, you can find information in SSP428. For its later developments (V6 TDI Generation 2), it is mentioned in SSP479, SSP495, and SSP581 (EA987 Generation 2).
So, for all models starting around 2014.
