Renault Master III 150dCi displaying a strange message on the screen

Hi.

The following message is displayed on the combination instrument:

"Control gas injection."

The vehicle is running well as usual and has full power. Error memory.
no errors that indicate problems with the engine control unit. After deletion.
the error memory, the error initially disappears, but it reappears during...
back on the road.
Does anyone have any idea what this all means?

That part is a standard diesel engine. Now, something else came up.

It seems like there's a translation error or a strange translation coming from the launch diagnostic tool.

Try using the OBD2 mode of VCDS to read error codes.

The translation from your launch is amazing. Is that a device from Lauch Europe? I'm asking because I'm looking for another multi-brand tester.

Now, regarding your mistakes:

02261F specifically refers to the throttle position sensor. However, you can easily check if the values are plausible using an oscilloscope.

Your actual error message "Gas injection" corresponds to the error code: 0002F6, which refers to the injection ramp pressure. The inspection plan specifies that you should check the connections of each injector to the control unit and, ultimately, verify the supply voltage and the test values of the pressure regulator. In this case as well, an oscilloscope is a reliable tool. In total, the OEM inspection plan consists of 8 steps that need to be completed.

When was the fuel filter last changed ?


The error codes 047129 & 047195 are not OEM codes!!!

"The funny message is displayed on the instrument cluster screen. I read the error memory of the control module (MSG) using a diagnostic tool from the workshop - I have no idea what kind of device it was. But VAGCOM would also work." Another error message has now been added.

P0470 Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor (G450) Circuit Malfunction.

I find it unlikely that three sensors would simultaneously produce a wide-angle image. Let's check the wiring and connectors first...

Thank you again for the helpful answers. I've made some progress as well. The exhaust pressure sensor isn't referring to the differential pressure sensor on the particulate filter, but rather that the engine has an additional pressure sensor after the turbocharger. It's completely clogged with oil and soot, so it can't measure anything anymore, which is obvious. Does anyone know where this sensor is needed?
