Does anyone know if there are any online efforts to create a statistics database about all the 'minor issues,' possibly with links to potential solutions?

I'm just curious, for example, how many people have already experienced problems with seemingly trivial things like the sunroof control knob or the spray nozzles for the headlight washers...

For example, I can also imagine that something like this could put considerable pressure on the manufacturers.
