Hello everyone,

Recently, while driving my Škoda Octavia AHF (81 kW) towards the highway, I noticed that the car was performing poorly. On the highway, the maximum speed reached approximately 140 km/h after about 5 minutes. I had to drive from Pforzheim to Berlin. At the next rest stop, I checked the car (at around 10:00 PM), but found nothing wrong except for the absence of turbocharger noise. So, I decided to continue driving, and if necessary, call ADAC (German Automobile Club). Somehow, I eventually arrived in Berlin, but the journey was a disaster; trucks overtook me on inclines even though I was using full throttle. In the morning, I went to the workshop, and they diagnosed a faulty loader. I was told to prepare for a somewhat more expensive repair.
My car is only 3 years old, and now this. I had a strange feeling somehow, and thankfully I took the car back.
Für He gave me a replacement part, which I immediately used. and, miraculously, the charger was fixed.
Great, isn't it?
Since I had been feeling for a while that the car was losing power, I also replaced the mass airflow sensor as part of this process. The car is running like new again!!!
Following the advice, I didn't get the VAG part, but the one from DC. Thank you very much for that! I couldn't find any drawbacks other than the significantly lower price.

I hope it wasn't too long. I will definitely visit you regularly.

Best regards, Erwin.

Hello,

I always find it fascinating how carelessly some workshops make their diagnoses. As you can see here again, sometimes without any sense or reason!

Yes, yes, the VW workshops again! They only do what brings in money, but they don't get to the root of the problem! icon_redface.gif

Hi Erwin (no, you don't need a credit card for that, see the error database).

Perhaps you should remove 'erwin' from the automatic recognition list again, as we now have a member named 'erwin.' icon_cool.gif
