Document MKB AKF, Performance Issues, Error 17964 (Solution)

Performance issues, engine running in limp mode, error code 17964, turbocharger boost control - operating limit exceeded.

Cause:
Plastic connection piece between the vacuum line and the vacuum container in the wheel arch has been {DAMAGED/BROKEN/FAILED}.

Solution:
Rotate the vacuum container 180 degrees so that the connection faces downwards.
Install a new, approximately 730mm long, non-stressed vacuum hose.
