Hi ladies,
I need some help: Someone has scratched a very unsightly mark into my door.
Unfortunately, the primer is already visible.
I didn't want to use the paint markers from the hardware store. I was perhaps thinking of using a wax crayon instead, which I could use to touch up the area.
...so, the question is: Does anyone know if there are such pens available for purchase, or would it be more worthwhile to use the touch-up paint from the dealership?
Thank you...

Hello,
If you want it to look good and you don't know much about the subject, I would recommend having the scratch repaired professionally. There's a company that offers on-site service and can make the scratch disappear completely without having to repaint the entire door. I think the name is something like 'Scratch-Repair' or similar. They probably also do this kind of work for VW and Audi. Someone I know had their car repaired by them, and you couldn't even see the scratches anymore. Furthermore, the repaired area will last through more than three car washes.
