Hi, do you think the fuel injection timing, or something else, is the cause of the jerking/stuttering in my 1Z engine?
It tends to surge around 1400-1800 RPM. Sometimes it even goes up to 2500 RPM, but this only happens when I start accelerating or release the throttle within that range.
Boost pressure is OK according to the LDA, maximum speed downhill is 210 km/h.
Diesel filter just replaced, replacement engine only has 25,000 km on it.
Could it also be due to the crankshaft bolt, or does he definitely need a new one? The engine was replaced a year ago.
The ESP is a BOSCH VE4/1, thank you. Not a VE37 yet.
I would like to attach a
Screenshot of VAG-Com, or the log file, but unfortunately, I can't do that here.
'The injection timing never goes below approximately 1 degree, and it adjusts upwards relatively well with a maximum delay of 1 degree. The duty cycle always remains at 3.1% in the lower RPM range.'
In the upper section, there is a very pronounced and fluctuating curve.
Thank you very much[/img].
