Torque drop AFN, at 2000 1/min

Hello everyone,

I went to the racetrack today with my Ibiza 6K AFN. It was a slow-moving vehicle.
I had the suspicion that the performance wasn't quite right, as he was only slowly approaching the target speed of 200. Compared to the Golf III AFN, it is recorded with 5 km/h more.
Furthermore, I still have the problem that the charger responds very hesitantly. If I accelerate from 0 RPM to 3000 RPM, it takes a little over a second to reach full torque.
In the attachment, please find the image of the test run. The degree of bending is clearly visible.
What could it be?

Hi Martin,

I'm initially guessing (blindly) that there's a stuck VTG.

A diagnostic test with VAGCOM or even just bringing an LDA on board will provide clarity. . .

Die LDA muss unbedingt rein, da haste recht.
Wenn ich beim Motorstart an das Regelgestänge der VTG fasse, dann zieht es 10-15mm an. Allerdings dauert es etwa 3 Sekunden bis es anzieht. Die Bewegung ist recht schnell.
Liegt das daran dass die Unterdruckpumpoe erst Unterdruck aufbauen muss? Wenn ich die Leistung des BKV anschaue, dann ist Unterdruck nach einem Ausschalten des Motors noch ne gewisse Zeit vorhanden. Aber die VTG verstellt's trotzdem erst nach nem Delay.

eine klemmende VTG Stange erkennst du im Betrieb schoen am "wild ausschlagenden" Taktverhaltnis fuer das Regelventil (N75).

Vielleicht klemmt die Stange ja in einer bestimmten Position, und bei 2000 U/min unter Last (== beim Fahren) hast du sicherlich nicht mehr die Hand an der Stange

Log mal Messwertgruppe 011 - da sieht man dann schoen, was die VTG veranstaltet.

also wenn ich mir die Drehmomentkurve so anschaue und mit meinem Gefühl, bei meinem AFN im Passat Bj.99 vergleiche, dann musst du mit meinem Wagen auf der Rolle gewesen sein.
Allerdings habe ich bei 2800 wohl noch einen stärkeren Einbruch zu verzeichnen.

Ich spüre dies nun schon seit ca. 2 Jahren. Die Stange am Lader ist freigängig und auch die Unterdruckschläuche scheinen i.O. zu sein.

Ich gehe auch mal davon aus, dass, wenn es mit einer hängenden Laderverstellung zu tun hat, dürfte diese nicht über 2 Jahre so konstant bleiben!??

Also, ich bin auf jeden Fall an einer Änderung des Verhaltens interessiert.
