Hi.

My colleague from the ASV department has been experiencing a significant problem since being on sick leave yesterday.

The car hesitates or stutters when it's warm and you accelerate quickly from a low RPM.

- Relay 109 is "Made in Germany".
- Air and diesel filters are new (and leak-proof).
- No error codes stored.
- reproducible even when idling.
- NHG (natural health group) - inconspicuous knock test.

"However, Seat suggested that it might be the NHG injector and that it would be worth trying a different one (of course, they wouldn't provide one for free)."

Is it worth trying to install my 1Z nozzle temporarily?

(The nozzles have different diameters and bore sizes when the pressure is at its operating level.)

How is the NHG (Non-Hysteresis Ground) test performed? I only know that you can measure the resistance of the NHG, and that it should be between 90 and 110 ohms. Then he should be completely healed!
Replacing the nozzle is quite a complicated process, isn't it?

In my opinion, it's pointless because, as you already mentioned, other nozzle sizes and different opening pressures are used/present in the ASV.

Sorry and thank you. I'm a bit wiser now. But what if you simply unplug the NHG connector? Wouldn't that eliminate this 'swallowing' issue? On the other hand, isn't it known that the NHG is okay?
