Clutch Slipping Golf 4 TDI ALH - Fix It!

I just installed a tuning module in my Golf.
Unfortunately, I was startled when the clutch slipped recently while I was driving with four people on board (and none of them were elephants). It happened when I was starting from a stop... I was immediately cautious and didn't try to do anything else.
It shouldn't really exceed 250 nm. The car is still set to its factory settings. I even think there are standard Golfs (with a 90 hp TDI engine) that are more responsive at lower RPMs than mine.
The car has 78,000 km on it... I'm a little disappointed with the clutch, but well... it probably wasn't designed for that.

Has anyone had similar experiences?

Um, the clutch seems to slip more under heavy load. It slips the least in 1st gear, but the test should ideally be done in 5th gear, and then you should floor the accelerator. Does it slip then?

It's also possible that the transmission is leaking and some transmission oil has dripped onto the clutch. In my Golf4 ALH, I only needed to replace the clutch, despite having 160,000 km and modifications.
