MSA12 replacement, what fits?

I have a 021AF engine control unit (ECU) installed in my 1996 model 1Z engine.

Can a 021HD fit in there?

I know that a corresponding GG code is used as a replacement for the AF code.

I haven't heard anything from HD yet.
