Hello.
I have a B4 TDI, manufactured in June 1992, and I built a diagnostic interface myself following the instructions in the technical article (version 2.4). It works, and I can read the error memory. However, I unfortunately can't access the measuring blocks. Is it due to the interface?

With a control unit from 1992, it's possible that only group 000 is available.

Hello.
I've started another test. Unfortunately, I can't even read group 000.
Can anyone of you read out measurement data from a comparable vehicle?
Best regards, Wolfi.

(was a software problem)
For those who want to know:
Vehicle: Audi 80 B4 1Z 6/92 ("Problem child")
Interface: Version 2.4 by Ulf.
Software: VAG-COM 311.2
Diagnosis PC: AMD 400MHz processor, Windows 98 operating system, standalone unit.
Sure, please provide the text you would like me to translate from German to English. I will provide only the translation, without any explanations.
Settings in VAG-COM:
Start-Boud: 240
other: Standard
Only measurement group 000 can be read.
With a 1.7GHz AMD computer running Windows XP, it was not possible to access the MSG file.
Best regards, Wolfi.
