Can I install a Garrett GT2256 turbocharger (originally used with a VNT15) in my Golf IV 1.9 TDI, which originally has 66 kW and was manufactured in September 1999?

Yes, a VNT15 turbocharger from an ALH ASV 110PS engine is installed in the Caddy.
