I checked the oil level in my car (ATJ) again and was pleasantly surprised. Since the last oil change (about 7,000 - 8,000 km ago), the car hasn't consumed a single drop of oil. The oil level is still the same. I can also rule out that I made a mistake when measuring, as I checked it multiple times. By the way, the mileage is approximately 124,000 km. I think that's great for a car that was probably only driven hard, never properly warmed up, and never broken in.

Yes, exactly 115 hp, PD engine, just like the AJM/AUY engines.

It only delivers 310 Nm of torque at 1,900 RPM.

The oil consumption seems to stay within a reasonable range for the TDI engines (I can only speak for the PD models).
My Golf ASZ was valid until January 1st. Oil change at 15,000 km, consumed about 700 ml. Since then, I've only checked the level without needing to top it up. (I currently change the oil every 15,000 km, with approximately 40,000 km of driving done.)
Regarding my company's Passat (also with 130 hp / 85,000 km), I haven't been able to detect any oil consumption. However, it did require regular oil top-ups until the first oil change, but it hasn't needed any since.
Our A2 TDI (75 hp) hasn't consumed any oil since the very first kilometer, and it's now steadily approaching 15,000 km.

"However, what I've noticed is that my father's car (a Mercedes C 220 CDI W202) requires topping up with 1-1.5 liters of oil every 15,000 km, and he mostly drives it on long distances at a slow pace."

Okay, so our car, with 174,000 km on the odometer, consumed approximately 500 ml of oil after the last oil change (which was done at around 165,000 km).
