Sounds of A4 driver's door

Hello everyone!

Here's the problem that's bothering me with my A4 Avant, model year 2000 (old model/facelift):

The driver's side door makes a cracking sound when driving on uneven surfaces.
What's strange is that these noises seem to be dependent on the outside temperature, and they completely disappear at speeds above approximately 100 km/h.

I have already tried adjusting the door frame, but without success.

I would be grateful for any tips!

I tried swapping the shims between each other, but it didn't have any measurable (or rather, noticeable) effect.
Is there any other way?
