VW G IV 4Motion Jerking: Causes & Fixes

Hey guys!

My baby has recently started kicking a bit more during position changes.
The drive shafts are fine, and it's not the AGR (selective catalytic reduction) system either; it's been deactivated for a long time!
I was initially thinking it might be the engine mount located along the bottom, but I checked it out on a lift under load, and it doesn't seem to be the problem.
Has anyone ever experienced this before?
(Of course, there's nothing in the error memory!)
