'Can anyone help me? I want to remove the intake manifold so I can clean it. However, I saw yesterday that the bypass valve is integrated with the EGR valve, and it's difficult to reach all the screws. Does anyone perhaps have a manual from a workshop or something similar?'

Hm....

- Unscrew the AGR pipe from the turbocharger to the AGR valve (at the AGR valve) (2 Allen screws).

- 'Release' the control valve and shut-off valve from the vacuum hoses.
- Remove the AGR valve by unscrewing it from the intake manifold (using 3 Allen screws).
- Remove the intake manifold.

Relatively easy...

Hey, thanks. Are there any seals in there that I could damage by doing that?
