Performance Issues at High Speeds

Hello everyone, something strange happened to my A4 1.9 TDI 110 hp today. I was finally on the highway again after a long time, so I wanted to drive a bit faster.
Around 180 km/h, I notice a drastic drop in power that lasts for about 5 seconds. Then the power returns completely, but only for a few seconds.
And it keeps going like that: 180 - 190 - 180... I've read something similar before, but I can't find it again. How is that possible! LMM, fuel injection pump, turbocharger...
I think exhaust gas recirculation might be a good option here!
Has anyone experienced these symptoms before?

Diesel filters.
Air in the fuel lines.
Fuel tank ventilation.
Tank is too empty.
