...und die Anschlüsse sind nett gemacht ! Respect!
Unfortunately, the professionals installed the boost/temperature sensor before the intercooler.
Perhaps that's also the reason why the engine can handle the (?) 166 horsepower / 1.3 bar of boost pressure with the stock turbocharger new_tomato.gif.
Besides the fact that, where the car is driving, the speed limit is 110 km/h, and the car probably never exceeds 200 km/h for more than half an hour icon_mrgreen.gif.
Due to the 110 km/h speed, he probably never used the 4th or 5th gear, otherwise the clutch would have burned out long ago with the stated 400+ Nm of torque... The question is how the dyno measurement was obtained; I would like to see the diagram. If he went to the 'Danish ADAC' for the power measurement, I know how the 400+ Nm was achieved: In my ADAC measurement, the wrong gear was indicated on the dyno, so all Nm values were too high due to the ratio between the 4th and 5th gear icon_lol.gif.
It looks like a typical "rush job," where something is built without doing proper research beforehand. If the loader :)Puff malfunctions, it could destroy the beautiful, custom-built low loader, and you'll never get the debris out.

Best regards, Rainer.

Hello Rainer,

The car is operating in DENMARK! It can go 100 km/h on the highway, but otherwise 80 km/h in rural areas.
The following text also mentions your assumption about the incorrectly installed boost/temperature sensor.

But it's certainly a beautiful sight to behold!

Hi Bertil,

Okay, sorry, I got that 110 km/h speed limit from the TDI forum.
Yes, it's mechanically well-made, and it's aesthetically pleasing.

Best regards, Rainer.

'Doesn't it also say that it's already installed correctly? Because no one notices that the air is flowing in the wrong direction into the LLK (likely referring to a specific component). Hehe. Anyway, it doesn't look bad.'

I'm sorry, I don't understand. Can you please rephrase your request?

The boost pressure sensor is definitely in the wrong location. Depending on the pressure drop in the intercooler, it's measuring values that are 0.10 to 0.05 bar too high. As a result, the actual boost pressure decreases to 1.20 to 1.25 bar.
Since the charge air temperature sensor measures almost the exhaust temperature of the air leaving the turbocharger, the question arises whether the injection quantity should also be reduced based on this fact.

Best regards, Rainer.
