Print Test: How to & Video Guide

Today, I did a pressure test because I suspected that the boost pressure was dropping.
I connected my pressure test adapter directly to a pressure hose after installing the turbo. However, I noticed that the pressure is escaping quite quickly.

Is it normal for the pressure to drop so quickly?

It used to work better somehow. Or am I just imagining that?

- Measured absolute boost pressure: 2200 mbar -> OK.
- LMM (likely meaning 'low molecular mass') approximately 2 months old, and values are within normal limits.
- AGR valve cleaned 8000 km ago.
- Air filter replaced 8000 km ago.

Vehicle: A2 1.4 TDI AMF, chipped, 75,000 km.

I built it myself. It's a plastic tube that fits perfectly inside the hose. A car valve is glued to the front end.
The pipe is inserted into the hose and secured with a clamp. Then you can apply pressure with the compressor.

And where exactly did you close off the intercooler piping?

on the intake manifold?
