V6 TDI fuel injection pump problem

Hello, is it possible for a V6 TDI fuel injection pump to 'learn'? We installed such a fuel injection pump in a V6 TDI with a manual transmission. Previously, it was in a V6 TDI with a Tiptronic transmission. Otherwise, everything was the same as in the V6 TDI with an automatic transmission. Could it be that the fuel injection pump's computer 'learned' from the engine control unit of the V6 TDI with the automatic transmission when it was installed? And if we plug it into a different car, will some data from the engine control unit with the manual transmission be missing? The car is running, but it lacks power. And if I'm right, is there some software that allows me to overwrite the computer in the V6 TDI fuel injection pump?

As far as I know, the VP44 has its own control unit. You can take a look at that if you like.

Dear , The control unit is designed as a hybrid and is located inside the pump.
Nothing can be done or observed about that part.

Hello, the control unit needs to be programmed to the corresponding transmission.
You can't simply operate an engine control unit (ECU) that's programmed for automatic transmission with a manual transmission.
