Hello.
habe einen VW T3 TDI (AHF) und würde gerne wissen was der Unzerschied ist zwischen den beiden Bezeichnungen. Da ich meinem Auto einen neun Turbo gönnen will und dabei von einer Leistungssteigerung träume. IsIs there anything possible? / Is that possible?

Can someone give me an answer to that?
Best regards,
DieselMike.

VTN: Variable Turbine Nozzle = Garrett.
VTG: Variable Turbine Casing = KKK (now BWTS).

Hello.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of each version? Is it worth switching?

Best regards, Mike.

Garrett's name is VNT (not VTN).

and VTG stands for...Geometry.

Okay, please provide the German text you would like me to translate into English. I will only provide the translation.

Hello Martin,
'However, my turbo had 'VTN' stamped on it. Could that be something different?'

Best regards, Mike.

Hmm.

We are probably the same, but here: http://www.honeywell.com/sites/ts/tt/
is even marked with a "TM" behind it.

Why do they register something under one name if they're going to call it something else later?

However, VNT and VTG refer to the same principle.
