I've recently used VAG-Com to measure my values for boost pressure, MAF sensor, etc., and I've noticed that the ACTUAL boost pressure settles around 0.1 bar below the TARGET boost pressure after a surge (up to 2090 mbar). The boost pressure seems to be missing around 2400 - 4000 RPM. Does this now indicate a faulty boost pressure control valve icon_question.gif? Because the throttle position sensor seems to be fluctuating somewhere around 55%. That would leave enough room to adjust the boost pressure icon_question.gif

Hi,

Luftmassensollwert müßte aber bei 850mg/Hub liegen, oder? 800 < 850...
Könnte also schon sein, daß der Ladedruck aufgrund Rauchbegrenzung so 'komisch' ist.
Mach doch einfach nochmal eine Meßfahrt mit der bekannten 'Luftmassenmesser-Ersatzdiode' bei abgeklemmter AGR (ausserhalb des öffentlichen Verkehrsraums wegen ABE Verlust).

Your symptoms are similar in principle.
If the boost pressure is not achieved with the normal pedal ratio, there may be several other causes besides the VTG lever -> Technical article icon_wink.gif

Danke für die Antworten!
Das mit dem LMM werd ich noch ausprobieren. Da mein Trekker auch beim vollgasgeben ein wenig zum rußen neigt zeigt das ihm etwas an Luft fehlt. Auch von der Leistung her fehlt mir ca. eine Sekunde auf den optimalen Wert des Durchzugstestes (ca. 7,2sec gemessen). Zuerst werd ich aber mal dem LMM auf die Sprünge helfen
