I've recently used VAG-Com to measure my values for boost pressure, MAF sensor, etc., and I've noticed that the ACTUAL boost pressure settles around 0.1 bar below the TARGET boost pressure after a surge (up to 2090 mbar). The boost pressure seems to be missing around 2400 - 4000 RPM. Does this now indicate a faulty boost pressure control valve

? Because the throttle position sensor seems to be fluctuating somewhere around 55%. That would leave enough room to adjust the boost pressure
"But that shouldn't really have anything to do with the fact that my LMM is also starting to slow down again, right?"
Here's a visual representation.
