Draft Horse Shakes/Bucks

Hi everyone,
Last night, I noticed that my TDI 1Z engine was experiencing some slight jerking in 5th gear when 'coasting,' around 1100 RPM. The jerking disappeared once the RPM reached 1250. I suspect it might be related to the fuel quantity adjuster, because I had adjusted it slightly before.

Or am I wrong?

If you've ever adjusted the control lever towards the fuel injection lines, it's very likely due to that.
