I have the same question... my local workshop in Berlin is completely incompetent when it comes to diesel engines (they quoted: "The turbo only spins faster if the engine spins faster - they probably don't know what a VTG is for"), and generally quite unskilled - I had to take my car back there for the third time today because of a squeaking clutch. Unfortunately, I have to go there because it's under warranty, and the next Seat workshop is too far away to test it.
